• Cart contents: stored only in your browser's local storage for session convenience; we do not see it until you submit an inquiry.
• Newsletter email: if you opt in.

2. How We Use It

Your data is used solely to (a) respond to your inquiry with a quote, (b) arrange delivery within Singapore, (c) send service emails about your order status, and (d) if you opt in, send seasonal newsletters. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third-party marketers.

3. PayPal Transactions

If you choose the PayPal checkout option, your payment data is collected and processed by PayPal Pte. Ltd. under PayPal's own privacy notice. We only receive confirmation of payment success and the amount paid.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage (key gb_cart) to remember your cart and gb_lang to remember your language preference. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels are set on this site.

5. Data Retention

Inquiry records are kept for 24 months for warranty and accounting purposes, after which they are deleted. You can request earlier deletion by emailing us.

6. Your Rights

7. Security

Our site is served over HTTPS with TLS. Checkout form submission is direct to our team via email protocols; we do not log sensitive data to disk in plaintext.
