1. Nature of the Catalog
GardenbayEcom is an informational, order-taking platform for garden accessories and gadgets. Displayed prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Stock photographs shown on category banners and product cards are generated illustrative visuals; the actual product received may vary in colour and finish within normal manufacturing tolerances typical for planters, lighting fixtures and gardening tools.
2. Ordering Process
GardenbayEcom operates primarily as a request-for-quote platform. Placing items in your cart does not constitute a binding purchase. To complete a request, the customer submits an inquiry via the cart's checkout modal; our Singapore team responds within 24 hours with a confirmed quote, applicable shipping fee and delivery window. Alternative immediate payment via PayPal is offered as a parallel convenience for in-stock items that the team has already pre-priced.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in SGD. PayPal transactions are processed in SGD by PayPal at the prevailing exchange rate set by PayPal for foreign-card holders. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. For invoices settled by bank transfer or PayNow, our team provides payment instructions inside the quote email.
4. Warranty
Manufacturer warranty: 12 months on planters (against cracking under normal use), 12 months on solar lighting electronics (against factory defects), and 6 months on hand tools (against handle breakage). Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, weather events, or commercial-grade use beyond the product's stated purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
GardenbayEcom is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased, including damage to property from water leaks, electrical issues, or plant loss. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
6. Intellectual Property
All catalogue imagery, product names, descriptions and editorial content are the property of GardenbayEcom or used under licence. Reproduction for commercial purposes without written consent is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
